This role is responsible for maximising school attendance and associated community engagement through the provision of leadership, mentoring and strategic and administrative support to the community.

Reporting to the RSAS Manager, your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Managing and mentoring team members (RSAS Supervisors and RSAS Officers)
  • Planning and facilitation of the RSAS program by implementing strategies to engage the community (particularly the Elders, relevant authorities and direct reports)
  • Provision of reporting and feedback in a timely and efficient manner

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective time management and be able to readily engage all stakeholders.

Keys to your success will be:

  • Experience in providing leadership/ mentoring.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of organisational skills coupled with strong administration and reporting skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of Applications
