Join our Team!

Anglicare’s Western Queensland Community Aged & Disability team is key in providing care to a range of clients, including older people and those with disabilities - offering support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes. We recognise that one size does not fit all, and working together is the key to great outcomes, so our non-clinical lifestyle programs are designed to support individual needs, incorporating the principles of social inclusion, choice and control, empowerment and independence.

Roma is located 4 hours from Toowoomba and is a proudly family-focused region with great schools and a local TAFE. The annual Roma Races and Easter in the Country celebrations bring several thousands of tourists to the area each year. Our small, rural service of just over 40 staff members, covers a geographic region the size of Victoria, and supports 310 aged and community care clients.

We are looking for a full time Team Leader - Lifestyle & Wellbeing to join our friendly, welcoming team and provide the coordination, assessment and review required to deliver sustainable lifestyle services. This role will suit someone who is motivated by helping others to live better lives and can offer their team guidance and support in work practices, client documentation and other related activities.
