AVI is looking for a bold and creative international development professional ready to drive change through building the capacity of people, local communities, organisations and systems. The position of International Projects Coordinator is responsible for a suite of exciting and diverse projects within various sectors such as tourism, disability, child safeguarding, youth and conservation. This is a full-time role based in Yangon with occasional international and domestic travel.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Contemporary project management experience
  • The ability to work cross culturally
  • Highly developed networking and relationship building skills, particularly with private sector
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication including the ability to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong initiative, good decision-making skills and be self-driven
