My Place is a National Disability Insurance Scheme registered, not-for-profit provider of individualised and flexible supports to people with disability and their families.

We are seeking a confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to assist individuals with disability seeking to find well matched and meaningful employment.

As a Job Coach you will work with a variety of people on a discovery process aimed at identifying their individual areas of interest, skills and employment goals.

You will use your existing networks, as well as develop new relationships with potential employers to create job opportunities and provide ongoing support as necessary. Applicants with strong networking/marketing skills will be favoured.

You will support each person to develop an employment pathway and assist them on their journey. This may involve supporting them to develop their own microenterprise; identifying capacity building opportunities with employers and canvassing for well-matched roles in the open job market.

If you are confident, friendly, enthusiastic and able to work autonomously we would like to hear from you.

A West Australian driver's license, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, as well as a Certificate of completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module are essential.
