Our client, a consultancy leading the way in social impact measurement is seeking a Business Group Coordinator to work with a team of Consultants to assist with the administration of a diverse array of very interesting environmental and community focused projects including the Great Barrier Reef, Domestic Violence, a number First Nations projects. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting to be involved in creating a better world and having a positive impact on the environment, people and the community.

This role involves managing the administrative aspects of the Business Group and relevant projects including managing diaries, emails, scheduling meetings and supporting projects where required so project milestones and client expectations are met.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Strong administrative & coordination capabilities & experience
  • Drafting and formatting complex written documents with demonstrated proficiency in editing and proof reading
  • High proficiency in diary management, exceptional planning, organisational, project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Financial literacy (For reconciliation of project expenses)
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Positive & collaborative attitude

The client provides a hybrid working environment that is friendly, supportive, positive, fair, diverse and inclusive providing everyone with the opportunity to have a positive impact on people, the community and the environment. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary in the range of $75K - $80K + Super. This client also provides 4 employee wellbeing days a year, professional development and profit sharing. This client’s office is based in the Richmond area, close to public transport.
