As a Human Resources Business partner, you will provide strategic HR support and guidance on employee relations, industrial relations and oversee the administrative duties of HR Frontline to ensure the accurate and efficient administration of all Human Resource processes and delivery across SYC.
Based at our Kent Town Head Office and reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will proactively support the continual improvement of Human Resources systems, procedures, and practices. Day- to-day activities will include:
You will have a strong background in human resources, best practices and the ability to accomplish specific goals and achieve quality outcomes. You will also be a highly motivated professional with a passion for driving organisational success through people, make sound judgements, based on thorough monitoring and analysis, problem-solving, innovation and evidence-based practice.
