Position summary

This position reports to the CEO.

What you will do

As a Senior Consultant at Currie you will lead multiple projects and build strong long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for the high-quality execution of policy, communications and engagement projects, developing your expertise in particular industries and fields. You will identify opportunities for Currie to more effectively achieve its mission of a kinder, fairer future.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in media and/or communications
  • Strong technical skills in communications, engagement or advocacy fields in the media and/or communications field
  • Ability to build trusted and long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Adept manager who can ensure the delivery of high-quality projects to budget
  • Highly-motivated, collaborative and creative individual

Additional information

This role is 0.8 to 1 FTE (i.e. four to five days per week). This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne (two days in the office), with flexible arrangements available.
