We’re seeking workshop facilitators to join our team and deliver our SEED Workshops respectful relationships, consent education and self-esteem programs in schools (Year 5 – Year 12) for up to 6-12hrs per week (potentially more, sometimes less).
We’re looking for people who:
- are passionate about the primary prevention of sexual assault & domestic violence and have a deep understanding of the critical issues associated with gendered violence such as gender inequality and entitlement.
- are passionate about addressing issues facing young people including body-image, equality, interpersonal skills and stress.
- preferably have a background in education, youth services and/or psychology.
- are excellent communicators with presentation and/or performance experience.
- have strong leadership and organisational skills.
- can balance this role with other work/family commitments.
- can be available during school terms and times including occasional regional and overnight interstate travel.
You will be required to:
- Attend training and observation sessions via Zoom and in-person.
- Personalise and maintain up-to-date workshop content.
- Liaise with teachers and other school staff with professionalism.
- Deliver our workshops in an energetic but genuine and engaging manner.
Must:
- hold a current Working With Children Check (must be carried at all times).
- hold a current Victorian Driver Licence and own transport.
- have your own laptop (pc or mac) and Dropbox account.
- be 100% reliable
- be woke

Terms: This is an ongoing and paid (per event) contractual position with a minimum 12 mths commitment required. Ideally suited to someone looking for a supplementary job as consistency cannot be guaranteed!
