Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position is critical in ensuring financial compliance, managing debt covenants, and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, including lenders and high-level leadership.
This means that you will be expected to:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with business units to develop consistent budgeting models.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and board reporting, providing insights into financial and operational performance.
- Manage weekly dashboards and operational reporting to monitor performance and drive improvements.
- Maintain accurate cash flow forecasting to support informed decision-making.
- Assist in managing audits, including annual financial audits.
- Drive process improvements and establish best practices for financial analysis and reporting.
To be considered you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data – experience with undertaking BI data analysis and reporting highly regarded.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- A proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
