Mind is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to lead our communications and marketing team as the Senior Manager, Marketing, Communications and Engagement (M,C & E). This pivotal role is a parental leave backfill position (30.4 hours per week). In this role you will deliver Mind's strategic internal and external communications plan, ensuring effective brand management, media liaison, and thought leadership through a variety of internal and external channels. With a focus on innovation and creativity, you will play a crucial role in delivering Mind's narrative and enhancing its visibility across diverse channels.
