Micah Projects provides a range of support and advocacy services to individuals and families.

Street to Home provides support to individuals, couples and families experiencing chronic homelessness such as sleeping rough in a public space or in cars move into long term housing with supports.

How you will make a Difference:

As a Sustaining Tenancies Worker, you will work as part of the Street to Home team to respond to advocate for and support people to access/maintain permanent and affordable housing, access support, social and health services, and empower and foster independence and interdependence through participation, and access to appropriate resources, opportunities, and services within the community.

This is a casual position (initial full-time employment to cover an absence until end of August 2024), conditions and salary at Level 3 of the SCHADS Award.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in providing a holistic, trauma-informed, person-centred approach to support and advocacy.

Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to respond to multiple demands with a problem-solving approach is also essential for this role.
