The Opportunity to be a Changemaker…

The Manager, Impact Data Management role is required to develop and lead a high performing team that exists to capture, utilise and communicate impact data to ensure that WVA can demonstrate a credible account of change to all stakeholders.

On a day to day basis, the manager would be accountable for:

  • Role modelling behaviours and actions that build a culture of trust - igniting the personal gifts and passions of self and others to become impact led and market informed.
  • Actively seeking and creating opportunities for self and others, to effectively connect and collaborate across our enterprise, market and field to realise our full potential.
  • Representing WVA regarding the input and response to strategic initiatives relating to impact data integrity, management and application.
  • In collaboration with key WVA and WVI stakeholders, leading the design of a strategy for the collection, management and interrogation of data in line with WVI’s Global Evidence Agenda.
  • Ensuring WVA’s Impact Hub Portal is designed in alignment with WVI strategy, evidence of impact priorities and WVA Go To Market (GTM) requirements.
  • Supporting and leading the development of an effective evidence translation and communication function
  • Leading a process of continuous improvement of impact data storage and management to maximise ability to capture and utilise data.
  • Facilitating improved data availability and utilisation for digital marketing platforms in collaboration with the Impact Evidence Building team and WVA’s Digital Marketing teams.
  • Building a suite of impact data to enable baseline assessment, analysis and ongoing performance tracking/reporting.

Who we are looking for…

  • Experience with research and or data analytics;
  • Use of data for strategy development;
  • Understanding of and ability to apply data to demonstrate evidence of impact in various contexts;
  • Tertiary qualifications in research methods, Information Management, Business Analytics or Communications.
