Women’s Legal Service Victoria (WLSV) is a statewide not for profit legal service specialising in issues arising from relationship breakdown and violence against women.

The People and Culture Manager will support WLSV to achieve its strategy by providing people and culture services to ensure a strong HR base in the organisation. As the sole people and culture specialist in the organisation, you will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support and advice on HR matters. In this role, you will work collaboratively with all members of the management team, including the CEO, on HR priorities.

You have excellent knowledge of contemporary HR practices including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, workforce and succession planning and OHS&W. You have highly developed people skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to work autonomously and respond to organisational needs.

The position is part-time, three days per week.
