Currently there is an exciting opportunity to fulfil the duties of Executive Manager – Corporate Services.

As a strategic thinking Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides customer focussed, efficient and effective Corporate Services to Anglicare NT. Your approach will be highly consultative and will reflect Anglicare NT’s values and principles.

With over 400 employees across multiple program types and service centres, we require a multi skilled individual with extensive experience in leading a team. You will have contemporary knowledge in Financial Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, Asset Management and ICT. You will possess high level verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in writing reports suitable for Board and Audit and Risk committees. This strategic leadership role is critical in driving continuous improvement and systems reform.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related discipline are essential, as is senior management experience in a multi disciplinary Corporate Services environment. It is also highly desirable you have sound experience in:

  • Translating strategic plans into operational plans
  • Project Management
  • Human Resources Leadership
  • Financial and ICT Management
  • Property management
  • Vehicle fleet management
  • Contemporary EEO policy
  • Regulatory reporting and compliance
