QMS is an established, nationwide, independent, not for profit provider of quality services. QMS offers a uniquely skilled, collaborative and supportive approach to helping health and community sector services sustain quality outcomes for their clients, their communities and their staff.

Following a recent expansion in service delivery, this new position is initially offered for one year with the potential to become permanent. QMS requires a motivated project officer whose strength is in building organisational capacity and coordinating service development and accreditation activities for health and community service organisations.

The successful applicant will have a background in quality assurance, the health and / or community sector or community development. The applicant will also have high level project management experience, the capacity to think creatively and motivate people toward a common goal, excellent communication and problem solving abilities, with a sound understanding of accreditation and / or continuous quality improvement principles.
