The Role:

We currently have multiple positions available within our Client & NDIS Services team. Two are Permanent, and one is a Fixed Term contract for 8 months!

Located in Surrey Hills, close to public transport and trendy Eastern suburbs shops and streets; this role will see you working from modern, vibrant and friendly offices and join a passionate department that provides flexible supports for people with disabilities, their families and carers. 

Ensure the provision of quality services under the NDIS:

  • Provide person centred services that enrich the lives of people living with disabilities;
  • Rostering and allocation of staff to meet clients’ requirements, ensuring client/staff match;
  • Engage clients’ by understanding their needs & their plans and ensure their profiles are maintained in ONCALL’s database;
  • Ensure all clients and their families have a clear understanding of individual funding and their core supports;
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with participants, families, staff, and other key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate ONCALL core values at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualifications highly regarded (ie: Disability, Community Services, Social Science etc.);
  • Experience or understanding of staff rostering highly desired;
  • Proven experience in disability services in a similar position;
  • A background in providing excellent customer service over the phone;
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills;
  • Customer focused, positive and results driven – have the 'nothing is too hard' attitude
  • Proficient computer skills;
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure;
  • Current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check.
