About Neami
Neami is a non-government organisation that has been providing psychosocial rehabilitation to people with a mental illness for over 20 years. As a progressive organisation Neami uses the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM) which delivers a range of rehabilitation and support services tailored to meet the individual needs of consumers. Working within a recovery based framework, this support is aimed at assisting consumers to develop independent living skills, a sense of
social inclusion, and ownership of their recovery. Neami's work with consumers occurs within the context of their community of friends, family and neighbourhood.
About the Role
The Regional Manager is responsible for the ongoing management and development of several New South Wales Services at locations across Pagewood, Hurstville, Wollongong, Smithfield, Bankstown and Campbelltown. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the position is directly responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Neami culture of service delivery and assisting/coaching Service Managers to support direct service delivery staff to deliver high quality services in line with Neami's values. The Regional Manager ensures services are delivered
in line with Neami policy and that service developments are carried out in a consistent, timely and efficient manner. Developing and fostering local area partnerships with clinical mental health teams and other community partners is a vital element of the role.
- Ongoing Full-time role (Sydney based with some regional travel)
- Total package circa $110K including super, a fully maintained car and extensive salary packaging.
- Regular Practice Development sessions and coaching with your Manager and extensive Learning and Development Program
