We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable Support Workers to join our Disability and Child and Family Services teams in Karratha.

The ideal candidates will have experience relevant to the role and be able to demonstrate empathy, guidance, respect and patience at all times.

We want staff that will join our passionate teams on our journey to provide a rich, productive and happy life for the people we support and in our communities around Australia.

Essential criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working with young people and/or people with a disability who have experienced trauma
  • Strong knowledge and experience on the impact of trauma and child behaviour
  • Ability to be flexible within your work environment as part of a team and as an individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Working with Children Check card or willingness to obtain one
  • Must be available to work a 7 day roster with a combination of shifts including mornings, afternoons, night shift, weekends and public holidays

Desirable requirements:

Formal qualifications in Community Services, Youth or Disability would be highly regarded
