OLPC is looking for an experienced administrator to provide Executive support to our CEO as well as admin support to the team. You will be a well organised, self-starter, full of initiative, with the commitment to take a proactive approach and play a key role in managing, coordinating and carrying out projects as well as assisting in day-to-day operations of the business.
Key responsibilities will include general administration, reception duties, organising events and facilities management, ensuring the business is operating efficiently, with transparent and reliable communications. Team admin support will include assisting with improving the data integrity of our CRM system and previous Salesforce Administration experience will be highly regarded.
You will have experience as an Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational and time management skills. You will enjoy working autonomously with little need for direction and supervision. You will be tech savvy and enjoy responsibility and will always follow up on tasks until they are completed.
