Based in Subiaco we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work within the Regional Support Services team. Reporting to the Regional Support Services manager you will be supporting the team with various administration activities. 

Your other main responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage the administration duties for the Regional Support Services team, including but not limited to co-ordinating meetings, travel, agenda’s and minutes
  • Compile and provide reporting data on Regional Support Services team KPI’s
  • Support and assist the Cancer Support Coordinators in the successful recruitment and on-boarding of volunteers
  • Other administration tasks as requested

Who are you?

To be successful in this role you will have the following key attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, database experience will be viewed favourably.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of Cancer Council WA
  • Actively foster the development of a culture consistent with the values of Cancer Council WA
  • Positive approach to the workplace

This position is part time with working days being Monday to Wednesday, however some flexibility may be given. It may entail some travel.
