Jewish Care Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. Services include Aged Residential Care, Assessment Referral and Individual Support Services, Community Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Youth and Family Services and Holocaust Survivors Programs.

Bring your expertise to this newly created role, which comes at an exciting rapid growth phase for Jewish Care. Your passion for exceptional customer engagement and great sales experience will deliver an effortless experience for Elders and their families.

This full time role is a key management position reporting to the Residential Services & Commissioning Manager and will be integral to commissioning our new St Kilda residential home and assisting our other two residences.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Providing exceptional customer engagement, from the first point of contact, through to the Elder being part of the Jewish Care family
  • Ensuring our occupancy levels are managed well by developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinate marketing projects and working with on-site Managers
  • Ensure the sales process incorporates our Hand in Hand model of support
  • Working with the business to support and develop a Client Relation Management system

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Passion for and a knowledge of the Aged Care sector
  • Demonstrated ability to work in the Aged Care sales and marketing environment by understanding the needs of future clients and their families
  • Demonstrated client engagement skills, sound communication and interpersonal skills
