Our organisation has grown considerably in the last few years and is embarking on a new growth path under a new entity structure that will provide a greater national focus with a new governance framework, revised strategic direction and new business & IT systems.

We are looking for an individual who is an action oriented individual, having worked in either business, government or an NFP setting.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in implementing and coordinating a Grants Program
  • Developed policies, procedures and systems to support a Grants Program
  • A results driven approach
  • Willingness to work independently  to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

This role will oversee and lead the development of policies and procedures for the Grants Program, documentation of all activities associated with the Grants Program, the establishment of a communication strategy for the National NILS network, the administration of the Grants Program including provision of quarterly reports and adherence to contract compliance with the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.

This position will work closely with a Grants Administrator to ensure that all aspects of the Grants Program are managed, along with participating in research activities where necessary.
