You are a back office specialist who wants to use your analytical skills and enquiring mind to make a positive impact. About Us

The Federation is the peak body for Victoria’s Community Legal Centres (CLCs). Our members are at the forefront of helping those facing economic, cultural or social disadvantage and whose life circumstances are severely affected by their legal problem.

For over 40 years CLCs have been the heart of a powerful movement for social change, reshaping how people access justice, creating stronger more equitable laws, and more accountable government and democracy.

As their peak body, we work with and support CLCs to fight for a fairer, more just community.

As our organisation goes through a period of positive growth, it is critical to ensure the foundations of the Federation enable us to continue the important work in driving change for a fairer community.

The newly created role of Manager, Corporate & Member Services will focus on a program of continuous improvement projects to support organisational growth and ensure sustainable member and organisational effectiveness.

About the role

You will facilitate the review of Federation and member operations to enhance performance and capacity – through assessment of key issues and the development of effective solutions.

You will apply your significant relationship capability to engage with members, peak bodies and service providers ensuring continuous improvement programs and opportunities drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

You will utilise your outstanding change and project management, and strong consultation skills to lead and deliver projects of Federation and member importance.

You will capably lead your team to deliver best practice administrative services and activities – building capacity, inspiring success and fostering collaboration.

Rewards and Benefits

The base salary offered is between $85,000 - $90,000 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus superannuation. The Federation offers FBT salary packaging, therefore depending upon personal financial circumstances, the value of the salary may be equivalent to up to approximately $5,000 - $7,000 higher.
