The Organisation:

Carers Victoria is a not for profit organisation that provides state-wide services and support to unpaid family carers in the community including: advice, information, counselling, support, respite, education and training. Through our policy and advocacy work, we strive for improved services, systems and supports for caring families.

The Role:

The Marketing Services Coordinator is a key role within the Community Engagement Team and is integral in creating a service driven and efficient workplace.

The role is specifically engaged to service the marketing communications priorities of the whole organisation and be the conduit for internal and external communications ensuring a smooth process for all teams. This includes printed and online communications.

The Marketing Services Coordinator is responsible for providing expertise and support for the organisation through the development of marketing communications collateral.

This is a part-time position. Fixed term to 30th September, 2019.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
  • Demonstrated success in a marketing services role in a small to medium business or Not-for-Profit organisation
  • High level writing and editing skills, including ability to adjust tone and style
  • Sound knowledge of digital and multi-platformed marketing and communications strategies
  • An ability to work autonomously with sound decision making regarding planning and completion of delegated tasks
  • Work with key external and internal stakeholders assessing and supporting the development and implementation of their communications needs and marketing plans.
