An exciting opportunity has become available within our Head Office. Reporting to Barnardos Human Resources Manager the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist will provide expert advice and support on Health, Safety and Wellbeing, providing the CEO, Executive Management Team, Managers and staff with assistance and support for health, safety and staff wellbeing related functions.
The role will contribute to the creation of a safe work environment across the organisation through promoting a safe workplace culture and health, safety and wellbeing awareness throughout Barnardos programs in NSW and ACT.
To succeed in this role you will be an exceptional communicator, a passionate safety champion capable of influencing change with all stakeholders at all levels. You will possess qualifications in Human Resources/Work Health & Safety and have demonstrated experience in the Social Care/Allied Health industry.
Additional Info: Salary: $70,540 - $81,247 (Salary & Superannuation) Salary Packaging Available with option to package a vehicle.
