Your role will be working closely with the CEO developing service’s that are expanding across the West of Sydney.

Required experience:

  • Have between 5 - 10 years of relevant management experience.
  • Solid leadership experience, managing up to 10 direct reports.
  • Extensive management experience within a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to encourage trust with customers.
  • Extensive knowledge and training with working with challenging behaviours and complex needs.
  • Developed knowledge and skills for the guidelines and boundaries, working within complex situations.
  • Previous experience working with the 12 Step sympathies.
  • Understanding of clinical practices.
  • Prepared to undertake a Certificate of Chaplaincy, ‘Pastoral and Spiritual Care’

Specifically, this role involves:

  • You will be supporting the delivery and reliability, of the customer services/welfare programs.
  • You will work alongside the CEO in developing the vision of the organisation, 
  • Have excellent skills in business management and operational oversight. (HR management, PL budgeting, operating project management)
  • Highly developed Communication skills, ability to communicate across a multicultural audience.
  • WH&S is accountable for the implementation of safety regulations.
  • Ensuring employees understand their WH&S role and responsibilities.
  • Recording and reporting WH&S incidences daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Meeting with employees on WH&S issues that affect them supporting positive outcomes.

Qualifications Required

Tertiary qualifications; Bachelor of Science in a Human Service 

  • Sociology,
  • Psychology,
  • Human Services or Social Work or a highly related field
