Women’s Health West (WHW) is seeking a qualified woman with exceptional communication skills to lead the activities of a dynamic and innovative sexual and reproductive health promotion team.

We seek a woman with the skills to coordinate programs, build collaborative partnerships with other organisations and communities of interest, and supervise staff who are implementing Action for Equity: A Sexual and Reproductive Health Promotion Plan for Melbourne’s West 2013-2017.

You will hold tertiary qualifications in health promotion, gender studies or social work and have a strong understanding of the social determinants of health. You will have leadership experience and strong planning and management expertise.

The successful candidate will work within and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and respect, supporting the health promotion team to achieve WHW’s vision of equity and justice for women in the west.

Salary and conditions based on qualifications and experience in accordance with the Women’s Health West Enterprise Agreement 2010 level 4. Generous salary packaging options available.
