Wentworth Community Housing Limited is seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the position of Client Service Officer (Tenancy) in Wentworth’s Housing Services Team.

The opportunity is a full time maternity leave cover role for a term of approximately twelve (12) months. This role is classified as a Grade 4 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award. The Total Remuneration for this role (base + super) is $73,785.13 per annum. As Wentworth is a not-for-profit organisation, salary packaging is available.

This role will be based in Wentworth's Windsor branch office, but may require travel between Wentworth’s Penrith, Windsor and Katoomba offices, client sites, and other locations as required from time to time.

The position is responsible for the performance of a full range of tenancy management functions to assist clients to achieve long-term sustainable tenancies with Wentworth.

As a Client Service Officer (Tenancy), your duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Tenancy management including tenancy sign ups and managing the implementation of rent and market rent review and increase processes
  • Arrears management including reviewing rental and non-rental arrears and determining appropriate action
  • Dealing with breach of tenancy issues other than arrears including addressing neighbourhood complaints
  • Representing Wentworth at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal where required
