About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Strategy & Engagement and working alongside other senior managers, the Head of Innovation, Strategy & Consumer Partnerships will lead and drive consumer partnering and further development of inclusive service provision; establish and maintain effective processes for fostering innovation at all levels of the organisation and manage and oversee an effective risk framework to ensure that high levels of accountability are maintained across the organisation.

Overseeing the design and implementation of high level strategic and operational plans for Uniting Vic.Tas, this important role will advance the strategic change agenda of the organisation while also playing a key role in collaborating with all levels of management in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing organisational strategy. This includes ensuring inter-departmental collaboration beyond individual portfolios, particularly in carrying out the development of key strategic projects.

About You

You will be an established senior leader with demonstrated history of leading innovatively and taking a proactive and adaptive approach. You will be an advocate of consumer partnerships, and able to contribute to and drive pragmatic organisational strategy. With demonstrable capability to assess emerging trends and leverage opportunities, you also have high level influencing skills, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, including government. Relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.
