The Thin Green Line Foundation (TTGLF) has been growing steadily and we plan to increase our impact on the ground by better supporting Rangers and their families around the world.

We are looking for a values-based, mission focused and creative fundraiser with strong demonstrated experience in engaging diverse groups of supporters, building income, and contributing to a performance culture among a group of committed, talented individuals. 

The successful candidate will drive our growth allowing us to support greater numbers of Rangers and conservation partners on the ground. A key focus of this role will be on increasing the effectiveness of the Foundation’s fundraising activities. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a high level of organisational, general management and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to deliver on fundraising and engagement plans in an agile and dynamic manner. Candidates with prior experience working for not-for-profits or social enterprises will be highly regarded. Salary package will be negotiated commensurate to your experience. The role will be initially based in South Melbourne, Victoria, but inter-state travel and working is an expected part of the role.
