Reporting to the Melbourne-based Program Coordinator, this key senior role links Australian Red Cross with Red Cross Movement partners, governments and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of a range of projects within Indonesia.

Success in this role will require a proactive approach, an outstanding sense of cultural awareness and proven skills in managing relationships and projects, possibly in a disaster management or disaster preparedness context. A working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesian will be an asset and a commitment to learn the language will be essential.
