Located in Melbourne’s CBD, Property Initiatives Real Estate provides residential sales, leasing and property management services across Melbourne.

The rent roll portfolio is currently 150 properties, with a target of building up to 180 properties for this position. The position is supported by Department Manager/BDM, part time assistant and a Trust accountant.

The successful applicant will be provided with a mobile phone, laptop and travel through a paid Go-Get account. Flexible hours are an option, with Saturday work required every fortnight.

Must haves:

  • Minimum 2 years Real Estate/Housing Industry experience with ability to manage tenancy from beginning to end
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Drivers license
  • Willingness to undergo a police check
