About the role

As Oxfam’s Compliance Manager you are responsible for driving sustainability and accountability by developing and overseeing the overall agency Compliance Framework. You will develop an excellent understanding the various regulatory frameworks and organisational policies within which we work, and ensure our practices meet these requirements. You will support our ongoing sustainability by developing strategies to monitor Oxfam’s ongoing compliance to these frameworks and policies. You will work closely with all areas of the agency, both domestic and international, to identify, escalate and rectify gaps, supporting ongoing improvements to our compliance framework.

A little about you (the key selection criteria)

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Extensive experience in a similar compliance management role
  • An analytical mind, able to understand the complexities of procedures and regulations in a global operation
  • Internal consulting and influencing skills
  • Project or change management skills and solution based approach.
  • BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field
