Organic Chocolate and Products Distributor

Do you like Organic Fairtrade chocolate? Do you love Organic food and use ecofriendly cleaning products?

We need your help!! We are looking for someone who is excited about organic, Fairtrade and eco products. We are a fast growing distributor of sustainable products and we need someone like you to learn about our great products and work with our customers to fulfil their needs.

Reporting directly to the company directors, this role is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the office and whilst managing the customer service team. This role also liaises with and supports the sales, marketing and warehouse functions. Other responsibilities include management of key customers and promoting and developing effective internal processes.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team, in a values based business, while learning about, trying and testing some of the best products in the market.

This is a full time position based in Alexandria, Sydney.

Selection criteria:

Proven history with managing an admin team and customer service experience.
