Directors in Regulation and Strategy play a key role in the development and delivery of strategic policy and a range of the proactive regulatory activities of the OAIC.

  • The role provides strategic guidance to regulated entities, reviewing draft legislation, preparing legislative instruments and advising business, government and the community on a range of privacy and information access laws.
  • The role manages the delivery of the OAIC’s privacy performance assessment program.
