Nyaarla Projects specialises in the provision of Training and Employment, Youth Services and Education, Public Participation/Community Consultation and general consulting including reviews, funding submissions, business facilitation, feasibility studies and planning.
The Indigenous Youth Mobility Program provides opportunities for young (16-24) Indigenous people to undertake studies/training including traineeships and apprenticeships in either Broome or Perth.
The program also supports young people by providing accommodation whilst completing their training or education.
We are currently seeking Residential Youth Workers at our Broome accommodations. The RYWs role is to provide a safe and secure environment and quality pastoral care to our young people, and support them in achieving their education, employment and personal goals.
Applicants interested in weekday, weekend, or casual positions are encouraged to apply. Note RYWs are required to stay overnight at the accommodation.
Experience working with Indigenous people / youth / organisations preferable.
