Australia for UNHCR was established in 2000 as part of UNHCR’s global fundraising network, and has since raised more than $35 million from a broad network of 30,000 financial supporters and community and corporate partners. These funds support the United Nations worldwide humanitarian programs across 116 countries.

The donor services team has a strong customer service focus and deals with donors from a variety of social and economic backgrounds. The team manages multiple fundraising income streams and process high volumes of donations.

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar position and have a working knowledge of Raisers Edge or similar system. This position requires a high level of detail to ensure data integrity as well as excellent customer service skills.
