Database Marketing Coordinator - Northcott Disability Services

Northcott Disability Services provides support to 10,000 clients with a disability in NSW & ACT, their families and carers, via a range of over 100 services which promote a genuinely inclusive society. Clients with rare or lesser known disabilities find Northcott to be the only provider of appropriate support and services.

This is a crucial role within the fundraising team that underpins the success of all donor relationships. You will maintain the donor database, prepare and segment data for appeals and assist in developing campaigns to acquire and retain new supporters for the recently launched regular giving program.

You have a marketing background with experience in database management, direct mail and/or donor or customer care. You can demonstrate initiative, think laterally, and have meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and writing skills and a flexible, energetic approach to your work.
