The Moreland Energy Foundation Ltd (MEFL) is an independent not-for-profit organisation dedicated to tackling climate change. We work with households, businesses, community groups and governments on innovative approaches to implement sustainable energy supply and reduce energy use.

The role

We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator, located in Brunswick. This position is extremely flexible, part-time (22.8 hours – equivalent to 3 days that can be worked over 5 days), fixed term for six months initially with the potential for extension.

MEFL is a rapidly growing organisation and we are looking for an HR Coordinator to ensure we achieve our people and culture goals across a range of programs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team this role will support the entire organisation to set and maintain a high performing team culture.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can:

  • Lead the EBA process in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team in accordance with the Fair Work Commission processes,
  • Manage external recruitment,
  • Work closely with managers to ensure HR processes are being followed, all paperwork is complete and accurate,
  • Lead or support organizational cultural improvement programs, and
  • Lead the development of staff capability planning.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • HR Qualifications
  • 3 plus years’ experience working in an HR position
  • An interest to learn and develop new skills in a diverse, fact paced and rewarding environment.
