We have a six month contract available for an experienced HR Administrator to join our small HR team in WA. Our goal is to support our managers and front line staff so that they can provide the best support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete contract variation letters
  • Respond to incoming enquiries and requests (telephone and electronic inbox management) with a professional and timely approach
  • Provide high level HR administrative advice and support across the business
  • Assist in a range of HR administrative functions including electronic filing, preparing training packs, provision of reports and end to end functions as required
  • Ensure accurate data entry and systems maintenance to meet accreditation standards

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as an HR Administrator or HR Officer
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work with a high attention to detail and within required time frames
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to use initiative, think laterally and solve problems
  • High level ability to develop good working relationships and commitment to quality customer service
  • Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent written skills for the creation of procedures, reports, correspondence and other material.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the position).
