Our Strategy and Risk Division, is seeking a full time Senior Researcher to work as part of our Research and Development Unit located in Epping.

This role will include initiating and managing research and program evaluation to support the ongoing growth and development of current and new services within BCS that are innovative and person-centred.

The successful applicant will have well developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience, experience in managing, developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships and experience in conducting formal research and evaluation projects with demonstrated capacity to undertake both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Tertiary degree/qualifications and at least 4 years relevant work experience in a Human Services area are essential.

BCS is a not-for-profit Christian organisation that has been caring for the aged and people living with disadvantage for the past 65 years.
