We are seeking an inspiring people leader and NDIS subject matter expert, passionate about providing exceptional care to our customers, directly and through mentoring and developing a team of Case Managers.

This role will focus on supporting, coaching and developing their case managers as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders to serve our customers’ best interests.

You will enjoy challenge and variety in this role, working with multiple stakeholders, solving complex problems and being based in the office as well as out in the field, to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Over time, it is also expected that you will successfully build our NDIS customer base and drive continuing success in KinCare’s provision of disability services.

Skills and experience required:

  • Relevant qualifications in disability, aged care and/or community services
  • Extensive leadership experience particularly in staff development and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS processes and disability case management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem solver and commercially-minded
  • Strong organisation/time management and computing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong resilience and change management skills
  • A current valid driver's licence, a vehicle and willingness to travel
