Based in sunny Broome with extensive travel across the Kimberley and some travel nationally. This exciting position is to continue to build the capacity of women rangers across the Kimberley. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about indigenous land management, assisting to women to fulfil their aspirations in this field and creating new opportunities for Indigenous women rangers.

The role will work with industry and non-profit partners to maximise female engagement in the Indigenous Ranger Program and develop a national Women Rangers Network. At a regional level, the role will also build the capacity of Kimberley women rangers by supporting project delivery, facilitating training and professional development, and coordinating regional events and exchanges. The position will work closely with program managers, ranger coordinators, other training and admin staff as well as an extensive network of partner organisations to ensure a cohesive approach and maximise female engagement in the Kimberley ranger program and beyond.
