The Role

This is a fast-paced and exciting sales role, which requires buckets of enthusiasm. You will be on the phone speaking to people who have enquired to find out more about one of our amazing adventures.

You will be building relationships with people via phone and email, answering all their questions and signing them up for a life-changing adventure.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A warm and friendly personality with a natural ability to engage people instantly.
  • A natural talker with excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships and connections.
  • Experience in sales, face-to-face fundraising or a call centre is desirable.
  • Goal orientated and comfortable working with a KPIs, a weekly call volume and conversion targets.
  • Savvy multi-tasker, self-motivated with excellent outbound phone manner.
  • Passionate about the nonprofit sector or purpose-driven business.
