HomeGround is seeking an individual with excellent relationship building skills and senior management experience in community services to join our leadership team. This position will provide support, management and coordination for specific services based in the north of HomeGround’s area of work. Currently these services are:
Northern Housing & Intake Teams (2 reports)
The Collingwood Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) Services Centre is a high volume drop in centre for people experiencing degrees of housing crisis. This service is a key access point for all people experiencing homelessness and is heavily involved in service system development.
Northern SHASP Teams (2 reports)
Social Housing and Support Program (SHASP) provides support to public housing tenants emphasising sustaining and supporting tenancies, with the aim of preventing homelessness and improving outcomes for tenants.
This position requires the ability to maintain a positive service and staff culture through providing quality leadership, support and supervision of coordinators to ensure that service delivery staff are highly motivated, well developed and supported to deliver high quality services.
