The role

The Human Resources (HR) team at Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP) are rolling out some awesome projects and initiatives this year, including a suite of learning and development programs, a new competency framework and a new performance management system. For all of these projects to come to life, we are in need of a hyper organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team!

The role of HR Administrator is a new part-time (3 days per week) position that will play a pivotal role in the fruition of some of these exciting projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable and interesting experience across the entire HR space, all while doing your part to fight for a healthy and just planet. You will also have the freedom to immerse yourself in the Greenpeace world, and work with some truly inspirational leaders in the environmental movement.

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you must possess very strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and revel in a fast paced environment. You will also have:

  • A minimum of one years’ experience in a relevant HR position
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • The ability to learn fast, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
