About the role

This is an exciting position perfect for an experienced recruiter looking to join a values-based organisation. The position sits within a supportive and high performing People and Culture team. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across the business while partnering closely with our leaders to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies. The role requires some travel across our sites in Victoria (Bayside) where you’ll sit on interview panels. If you’re energetic, flexible and a self-starter, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in, Human Resources or a related discipline or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a recruitment role within the community sector is desirable
  • Ability to oversee recruitment of approximately 15 vacancies at any given time
  • A satisfactory Police Check
  • A current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
