  • Jigsaw is seeking a results driven Sales Manager to proactively generate business leads with existing and prospective corporate and government clients.

The Role

You will report to the General Manager, working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve agreed outcomes. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Sales – proactively generate business leads with existing and prospective corporate and government clients. Execute professional and tailored sales calls to potential customers with the aim of delivering commercial and social value through Jigsaw’s document and data management services.
  • Account management – establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through promoting a ‘Yes’ based culture, responding to feedback in a timely manner and continuously going above and beyond to meet client requirements.
  • Sales reporting – provide regular reporting to senior management on the projected sales pipeline against Jigsaw’s business objectives and KPI’s.

The Candidate

You are the right person for this role if you have:

  • The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • A high degree of initiative and a proactive attitude towards work
  • High bandwidth for multi-tasking, and great attention to detail
  • Total commitment to the values, behaviour and culture of Jigsaw
  • A passion for (and/or experience with) working with people with disability

Previous experience as a Sales Manager is favourable, but all strong candidates will be considered.

It is also important that candidates:

  • Possess a current satisfactory National Police Clearance Certificate and working with children check
  • Possess or be willing to gain a Provide First Aid certificate
  • Possess a current unrestricted NSW driver's license
