What’s the role?

The supervising support coordinator will be responsible in ensuring oversight of a small team of support coordinators, who assist clients achieve their goals as identified in their NDIS individual plans – and hold a small caseload. You will build staff capacity and knowledge and ensure the implementation of all supports in a participants NDIS plan. You will provide strong leadership and contribute to the planning and implementation of the organisation’s strategic
goals.

Essential Criteria:

To join our existing dynamic team at Facilitatrix, you will have met the following Criteria:

1. An allied health qualification (social work, occupational therapy or speech therapy) with proven complex case management and leadership experience in human
services
OR a non-allied health professional with a minimum of 5 years’ proven complex case
management and leadership experience in human services;
2. Demonstrated experience and understanding of complex case management
principles;
3. Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, roll out strategy in WA and support coordination processes;
4. Demonstrated Supervision and Leadership skills and strategic planning for continued improvement in organisational sustainability;
