The Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA) seeks to employ a Senior Policy and Project Officer commencing as soon as possible. This is a full time position until June 2018, with the possibility of extension.

FECCA is the national peak body representing and advocating for Australia’s culturally and linguistically diverse communities. FECCA is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation that promotes multiculturalism, community harmony, human rights and social justice in the interests of all Australians.

FECCA is looking for an exceptional person with motivation, experience and commitment to cultural diversity and its associated values, and strong expertise in general multicultural policy.

The position will offer the successful applicant excellent opportunities to use a wide range of skills and to demonstrate their energy, creativity, communication, interpersonal and policy capacities. The position is based in the Canberra.

The salary range is $67,500 - $75,000.
